At Paros, Greece only 12 minutes away from the airport you will find this perfect kitespot Paros Kite Beach. The spot is known for its big white sandy beach. It also has lots of space for launching and landing without any obstacles nearby.

Thermal wind

The wind on Paros Island during the summer is a thermal wind, blowing either sideshore or sideonshore at the kitespot between 10 to 30 plus knots. Kitesurfing is possible all year round but most ideal from April till October.

Water conditions

The water is flat and shallow for the first 5 to 10 meters. There are hardly any waves besides some chop when the wind reaches above 20 knots.

During the spring/summer the outside temperature is between 25 and 38 degrees with a water temperature between 18-25 degrees.
